3rd Annual Joey Uvalle 3 v 3 Soccer Classic

§  Team and/or Coach Check In begins at the Bishop Moore Dome (east side) at 7:30 am!!!  The following forms must be brought to check-in:

 

1) APPLICATION/WAIVER - If you need to change your roster from the one that was submitted as your application you must bring a final application/roster to check-in.  You can find a printable version on the web site.  **Waiver on application must have the parent’s signature for all players under the age of 18 participating in this tournament.

 

2) PROOF OF AGE

Make sure to bring PROOF OF AGE for each player to team check-in. (such as player passes, copy of birth certificate, driver’s license, etc.)

 

BALL - each coach bring a ball - U6 U7 size #3, U8/9-U12 size #4, U13 and older size #5.

 

RULES - rules are posted on web.

 

§  The first games begin at 8:30 am and the final games of the day begin at 7:30 am!!

 

§  There are 3 Sites in which games will be played for this tournament:

 

Site #1 - Bishop Moore Soccer Field (BM) (Fields 1- 8)

Site #2 – St. Charles Soccer Field (SC) (Fields 9 – 13)

Site #3 – Bishop Moore Practice Field (BMPF) (Fields 14-19)

 

Each game will have two halves of 12 minutes each and a 4 minute half time.  A total of 15 minutes will separate games.  In most cases you will have a sufficient break between games, but there are a few situations where you may have to play shortly after completing a game.

 

 

 

 

§  This is a fundraiser in addition to one of the most unique soccer tournaments you will participate in…therefore we are offering you many opportunities to donate to the Joseph Adam Uvalle Trust Fund.  Please take time to remember this and help out!!

 

§  In lieu of a field admission charge to all “non-players” we are charging $5 per vehicle donation at Bishop Moore.  All of this money goes directly into the Joseph Adam Uvalle Trust Fund.

 

§  Remember we are guests at this school and we ask that you please remove all trash, respect the property and have a great time!!
